Harm Reduction Outreach Workers look out for the health and well-being of people who use drugs. They engage in street outreach, education, stigma reduction, and provide equipment for the safer use and disposal of needles and syringes. Outreach Workers also provide referrals and support navigating health and community services such as housing and legal support. Outreach Workers are personable and compassionate advocates who strive to have a positive impact on people’s lives.
